My flight was delayed and I was an hour late at picking up the car so it was nice to see the guy from Surprice still waiting for me with a smile, absolutely brilliant service!

Off site office at Tivat airport but the office is only a few hundred metres away and takes only a couple of minutes to walk or drive. Both people we dealt with were really friendly and relaxed. Explained everything and even came to the accident to help out when we were hit from behind from another car.
